Auckland College Independent School is seeking a committed, enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role will be primarily based at our extended campus at Firefit Community Hub, where you will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils to access learning, develop confidence and independence, and make positive progress.

The successful candidate will provide classroom support, work with individuals and small groups, assist with targeted interventions, and contribute to a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment. There will also be occasions when the postholder will be required to work at the main Auckland College Independent School site.

Experience working with children or young people, particularly pupils with SEND or additional needs, would be advantageous.
