Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments.
• Experience working across high-volume recruitment.
• Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Strategic partner with ability to report at exec level and day-to-day hiring excellence; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from sourcing to offers.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
