• Proven ability to lead managers and large recruiting teams (30+ staff).
• Strong data fluency and ability to interpret and present reporting to executives.
• Track record of building scalable, high‑volume recruitment processes without sacrificing experience.
• Passion for using AI and modern tooling to improve talent operations.
• Excellent executive communication and business acumen.
