Halter is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Recruiter to attract, source, and hire world-class talent as we scale globally. You’ll partner with hiring managers across Customer Support, Onboarding, and Fleet teams to build strong pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Reporting to the Talent Lead, GTM & Customer, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and contribute to our inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience scaling teams across multiple regions.
• Strategic partner who can zoom in and out: exec reporting to day-to-day hiring excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels, global reach.
• Familiarity with NZ employment laws and immigration considerations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for regions and functions, from sourcing to offers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and goals.
• Guide managers through inclusive recruitment processes.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience reflecting Halter's culture.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment workflows for efficiency.
• Track time-to-fill, pipeline progress, and feedback to improve hiring.
• Support internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding.
• Contribute to scaling initiatives as Halter grows.
