Stellar Recruitment is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support our team by leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to identify, engage, and qualify top talent in New Zealand. This role blends traditional recruitment with AI to boost candidate attraction and hiring outcomes.

You will build talent pipelines across industries, conduct screening interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM/ATS. Strong communication in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate resourcing.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing techniques.
• Comfortable using AI-driven recruitment tools and technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Utilise AI-powered sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases to identify high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across a range of industries and disciplines.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability against client requirements.
• Use AI tools to assist with candidate searches, talent mapping, market insights, and outreach campaigns.
• Create compelling candidate engagement messages and job advertisements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM/ATS.
• Monitor recruitment market trends and emerging sourcing technologies.
