Job summary

New Zealand Post in Wellington is seeking a Facilities Management Contract Manager to oversee a national portfolio of hard and soft services, ensuring value for money and high service standards. Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of facilities management, contract management or procurement experience.
  • Proven ability to manage outsourced service providers and facilities contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft facilities services.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
  • Experience leading procurement and tender processes.
  • Strong analytical, financial and performance management capability.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a dispersed property portfolio.

**Facilities Management Contract Manager*** Lead critical facilities contracts across a national property portfolio* Wellington based.**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**This is a newly created role where you'll take ownership of facilities management contracts across a diverse national property portfolio.
