Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Talent Enablement Lead to shape best-practice talent acquisition and internal mobility. You will create systems, processes and insights, working with People teams and external partners to improve attraction, candidate experiences and capability for the future.

You will lead recruitment technology improvements, leverage market insights and build inclusive talent practices across NZ Post, delivering measurable improvements in hiring efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Talent Acquisition experience in large, complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of modern talent attraction, internal mobility and workforce trends.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition improvement, transformation or enablement initiatives.
• Confidence using technology, data and insights to drive better decisions and experiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of an organisation.
• A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with the drive to turn ideas into action.
