Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across New Zealand and the APAC region. You will build talent communities, enhance candidate experiences, and proactively engage top talent well before vacancies arise.

You will partner with business leaders, manage multiple requisitions, and drive innovative sourcing strategies to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting across multiple segments.
  • Ability to build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with recruitment metrics experience.
  • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Passion for candidate experience and diversity hiring.

  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence activities to identify key talent pools.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues across the global business, sharing best practices and contributing to strategic projects.

The world of talent acquisition is changing, and we’re looking for a passionate, innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us stay ahead of the curve. This isn't a traditional recruitment role. We’re seeking someone who thrives on building talent communities, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and proactively engaging with top talent long before a vacancy arises. If you’re excited about talent pipelining, employer branding, market mapping, and using data to shape hiring strategies, we’d love to hear from you. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner with business leaders across New Zealand and the wider APAC region, managing end‑to‑end recruitment while driving innovative sourcing and attraction strategies that deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across a variety of talent segments.
  • Experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday Recruiting, or similar systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • A passion for candidate experience, diversity hiring, and continuous improvement.
