Job summary

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and career fairs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate journey from application to placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field; related HR preferred.
• 2–5 years' experience in HR or recruiting.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of HR matters and records.
• Source, attract, and screen candidates via databases, social media, career fairs, and more.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and filter candidates for open positions.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Represent Retech at events to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
• Maintain up-to-date HR files and documentation.
• Answer FAQs from applicants and employees; escalate complex queries.
• Audit HR files to ensure documents are complete.
• Provide clerical support to HR team.
• Assist with planning benefits enrollment and company events.
• Communicate with HR team to ensure accurate information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
