Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong client relationships.
• Grow existing client portfolio and identify new opportunities.
• Develop new business and build long-term partnerships.
• Recruit, interview and place candidates.
• Support and manage on-hire workforce.
• Provide ongoing candidate care and performance support.
• Manage employment documentation and onboarding.
• Build strong candidate and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and provide the right people.
• Support health & safety requirements across sites.
• Maintain recruitment systems and administration.
