Job summary

You will partner with consultants, independently source, screen and manage multiple recruitment processes, and provide candidate insights to support hiring decisions.

This role suits someone with experience in recruitment delivery and end-to-end candidate management, able to balance competing priorities and maintain high standards of candidate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Ability to source, screen and assess candidates across roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Consultants to understand client requirements and resourcing needs.
• Independently source, screen, and manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Provide candidate insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure candidates are treated professionally and ethically.
• Maintain accurate documentation, references, compliance, and system data.
