Job summary

Omnicom Advertising in Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic HR/Talent Coordinator to join the People team. With 2–3 years' experience, you will oversee recruitment activities and provide HR support across our NZ agency brands.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, HR systems, and projects, while building relationships with leaders across creative, media and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in HR admin, coordination or recruitment support.
• Experience supporting recruitment in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, candidate communications and onboarding support.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment advertising with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment systems and employee records (JobAdder/Workday is an advantage).
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for new employees.
• Ensure HR documentation and employee records remain accurate and up to date.
• Support HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and processes.
• Help strengthen our employer brand by delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
