ASB Bank is seeking a Systems Specialist to help keep critical technology services running reliably, securely and efficiently. You will support complex systems, resolve incidents and contribute to continuous improvements, working with engineers, product teams and business stakeholders to protect customers from disruption.

• Experience supporting and operating technology services within a complex environment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across different systems and platforms.
• Understanding of service management concepts and operational risk.

• Maintain reliability, availability and performance of technology services.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with engineers, product teams and stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and contribute to solutions that reduce recurring incidents.
• Manage incidents, service risks and operational improvements based on impact.
• Support change while keeping services stable and secure.
• Provide timely information about service health, risks and potential impacts.
• Share technical knowledge and help build capability across the team.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience and work practices.
