Job summary

ASB Bank is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Software Specialist) to join the identity and integrations platform. You will help manage workforce identity, access management, and workload identities, while automating deployments and strengthening security across services.

The role emphasizes collaboration in agile teams, practical expertise in IaC, CI/CD, and security best practices, with a focus on OAuth, SSO, MFA and least privileged access.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools such as Terraform or BICEP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Ability to operate within Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Practical networking/virtual networking implementation and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Cyber and Application Security, SSO, MFA, and least privilege principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to tailor technical detail for the audience.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork with ownership of delivery.
• Preferred certifications: CyberArk Idira PAM-DEF, Azure certs, AZ-104, SC300, AZ400, AZ-500, AZ700.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access lifecycle for workforce and workload identities.
• Configure and maintain identity security systems and access controls.
• Lead integration work related to OAuth.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform, BICEP).
• Perform security remediation and create SOPs, dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to automation of workflows and resource deployments.
