Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18–24 months in a technical support role.
• Experience with ConnectWise or ServiceNow preferred.
• Pro-active service-first approach.
• MS certifications such as MS900-365 Fundamentals, MD100 and/or MS100 desirable.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Active Directory knowledge.
• Knowledge of AV solutions.

Ideally you will have:

• A minimum of 18 - 24 months experience working in a technical support role.
• Connectwise or Service Now experience or similar ideal
• Professional pro-active service first approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualification. Ideally a MS certification such as MS900-365 fundamentals - MD100 and/or MS100.
• Strong understanding of Desktop Operating Systems, especially Windows 10.
• Basic understanding of networking
• Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Active Directory
• Knowledge of AV solutions

You will need to be well versed in relationship building, influencing and sharing information.
