Job summary

Fisher Paykel Healthcare in East Tamaki, Auckland, seeks an Associate Systems Specialist to support its IT Business Solutions programme. You will work with project managers, business analysts and a Change Manager across a portfolio of over 100 projects, focusing on how information, tools and systems are used to deliver value.

Responsibilities include creating artefacts and dashboards, supporting workshops, and enabling teams to work more effectively through technology.

Qualifications

Must be comfortable with data and systems and take ownership of accuracy.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and turn information into usable outputs.
Clear writing and documentation skills for consistent artefacts.
Critical thinking with a focus on identifying practical improvements.
Proactive, adaptable and able to work across the programme with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain programme artefacts, dashboards and knowledge bases.
Support Project Managers, Business Analysts and Change Manager with workshops and docs.
Enable teams to work more effectively through technology, tools and systems.
Drive efficient workflows by improving data templates and processes.
Develop guidance and training materials for system usage.
Coordinate with stakeholders, ICT and suppliers to resolve issues and communicate clearly.
