Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in Auckland (Global Head Office, East Tamaki) is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Finance Data & Analytics team. You will transform financial data into actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Finance, Operations and IT to improve reporting and data quality.

The role requires CA qualification (or equivalent) and 3–5+ years’ experience in finance analytics, with strong Excel, Power BI, SQL and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• CA qualified (or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5+ years' experience in financial analysis, BI, data analytics, or related finance roles.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, data modelling, and DAX.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and SQL.
• Exposure to SAP ERP or other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide accurate, meaningful business insights.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and strategic initiatives through robust analysis.
• Analyse large datasets from enterprise systems while ensuring reporting accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Drive automation, standardisation, data governance, and reporting best practices across the Finance function.
