Healthcarenz Limited in New Zealand is seeking permanent full-time Support Workers to join the Te Awamutu Residential Services team and support people in their day-to-day lives. This leave-cover role offers rostering flexibility and 24/7 support with potential sleepover payments; you will help with daily activities, personal care, meals, and life-skills, while fostering respect, empathy, and independence.

We are looking for permanent full-time Support Workers to join our Te Awamutu Residential Services team and support the people we support in their day-to-day lives. This is a leave cover position, providing additional support when other Support Workers are away on leave. Flexibility with rostering and working across different locations within the area is essential.

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
