IDEA Services is hiring a Support Worker in Rotorua to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in their own homes and communities. You will help clients achieve their goals with a caring approach and maintain safety and well-being.
The role requires flexibility for weekend and split shifts, a calm attitude, strong communication, and the ability to use computers or tablets daily. A full NZ driver’s license is essential for client transport.
