Job summary

  • A high standard of written and spoken English.

  • The hourly rate ranges from $24.85 to 29.68 depending on qualification

About the Role

In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily routines, including home management, cooking, mobility assistance, and grocery shopping. You will also encourage participation in community and recreational activities. Your support will positively impact a diverse group of individuals, fostering an environment that is safe, empowering, and welcoming.

This is apart-time position requiring20 hours of work every two weeks, with the possibility of additional hours in the future.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency, particularly when supporting individuals who may sometimes exhibit challenging behaviors. Your calm demeanor, sense of humor, and commitment to our core values will help create meaningful moments and facilitate lasting progress for those you support.
