Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• Full drivers license is essential.
• Flexible to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.
• Empathy, respect and cultural awareness are important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily living activities and personal cares.
• Assist with meals and household management tasks.
• Encourage participation in community activities and skills development.
• Provide 24/7 support with potential sleepover payments in some rosters.
