Mō te tūnga | About the role

Build a rewarding career while helping others live life to the fullest!

As a Support Worker, you'll empower people with intellectual disabilities to build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their personal goals. From learning new skills and connecting with their community to gaining employment or pursuing personal interests, you'll help people live the life they choose.

This is more than just a job. It's an opportunity to build genuine relationships, celebrate milestones big and small, and see the impact of your support every day. One day, you might be helping someone gain the confidence to use public transport independently. The next, you could be supporting them to achieve a personal goal, participate in their community, or develop skills that open new opportunities.

No two days are ever the same, but every day is rewarding. You'll enjoy meaningful work that makes a positive difference, flexible shift options that can fit around your lifestyle, and the support of a team that shares your passion for helping others succeed. If you're looking for a role with purpose, variety, and the chance to make every day count, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
