Job summary

IDEA Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in New Zealand to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities to build confidence, independence, and personal goals.

You will support clients in learning, community engagement, and employment pathways while fostering meaningful relationships with them and their whānau.

No prior experience in the health and disability sector is necessary, but a strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude is highly valued. Full training and orientation will be provided to individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
