Healthcarenz Limited is seeking fixed-term full-time Support Workers to assist people in their own homes in Hamilton during the Christmas period. The role involves supporting daily activities, personal care, and life skills within a flexible roster that may include sleepovers.

You will join a dedicated team providing compassionate care, with opportunities for training and a supportive workplace culture. Applicants must have a full NZ driver\'s licence and be available for night shifts as needed.

We are looking for fixed-term full time Support Workers to help the people we support in our Hamilton Residential Services across the Christmas period. This is a leave cover role, which means that the successful applicants will be expected to have a high degree of flexibility in terms of rosters and locations of work.

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/6 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
