Healthcarenz Limited in New Plymouth is seeking part-time Support Workers to assist people in their own homes and residential services. This leave-cover role requires rostering flexibility across locations within New Plymouth and the ability to support 24/7 needs.

You will help with daily living activities, personal cares, meals, and developing life skills while joining a team dedicated to empowering people with disabilities and encouraging confidence and community involvement.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially with disabilities.
• Must hold a full driver's license.
• Flexible to work across a roster, including overnights.

Mansioni

• Support people with daily living activities, meals, personal cares and mobility.
• Assist with swimming, household tasks and life skills development.
• Work across rosters providing 24/7 support; some roles include sleepover payments.

We are looking for permanent part time Support Workers to help the people we support in our New Plymouth Residential Services. This is a leave cover position, providing additional support when other Support Workers are away on leave. Flexibility with rostering and working across different locations within the New Plymouth area is essential.

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
