Job summary

Healthcarenz Limited invites applications for permanent full-time Support Workers to assist people in our Cambridge Residential Services. A high degree of rostering flexibility and service locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Full driver’s license is essential.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily living activities such as meals, personal cares, swimming, and life skills.
• Provide support within people’s homes and in community settings as part of a 24/7 team.
• Participate in rosters, with potential sleepover payments on some shifts.

Job description

We are looking for permanent full time Support Workers to help the people we support in our Cambridge Residential Services. A high degree of flexibility in terms of rostering and locations of services is required to be successful in this role.

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenges behaviours.
• Full driver's license is essential.
