Job summary

Geneva Healthcare in Devonport, Auckland is seeking an empathetic, motivated Support Worker to help our clients achieve goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support. You will assist with meal prep, outings, medication support, and personal care, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and reliability. Full NZ driver's license and access to reliable transport are often required.

• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential).
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Healthcare qualifications (advantageous).
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport (most roles).
