Geneva Healthcare in the Mangawhai/Kaiwaka area is seeking an empathetic, passionate and motivated Support Worker to help clients achieve their goals through practical and emotional support.

You will assist with meal preparation, community outings, medication support, personal care, manual handling and home management tasks, with additional benefits including training towards NZQA qualifications, a work phone, travel allowance, and access to discounted health insurance.

Qualificações

• Experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Healthcare qualifications are advantageous.
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport is required for most roles.
