Geneva Healthcare in Auckland Central is seeking an empathetic, motivated Support Worker to help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support.

You will provide meal preparation, community outings, medication support, personal care, and safe manual handling, with full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport often required. The role offers guaranteed hours, travel allowance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential).
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Healthcare qualifications (advantageous).
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport (most roles).
