Job summary

Geneva Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our in-home and community-based care team in the Mangawhai/Kaiwaka area. You will help clients achieve their goals with practical and emotional support so they can live independently and with dignity.

Key tasks include meal preparation, community outings, medication support, personal care, and safe manual handling. A positive attitude and reliable transport are essential, with weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or caregiving experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport.
