Job summary

Otago Regional Council (ORC) in Dunedin is seeking a motivated Support Services – Service Delivery team member for a 12-month full-time fixed term/secondment. The role provides high-quality support to the team and internal customers in fleet and facilities space, delivering a customer-centric, proactive service.

You will assist staff with questions, supply administrative support, report issues promptly, and liaise with suppliers.

Qualifications

• NCEA Level 3 or equivalent work experience.
• A clean, current, and full driver’s license.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in either administration or customer experience/support.
• Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office suite of products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and assistance to all council staff with questions and/or queries relating to the Support Services function
• Providing administrative support for the Support Services function
• Timely reporting of problems, issues, or complaints to management
• Liaising with suppliers regarding the purchase and supply of goods and/or services
