Job summary

The Wellington Tribunals Unit of the Ministry of Justice – New Zealand is seeking a Support Officer (Administration) to keep operations running smoothly. You will handle high-volume, dynamic workloads and ensure stakeholders have the information they need, when they need it.

Qualifications

  • Experience in general office and administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 2000, and Access.
  • Experience in the operation of accounts and purchasing.
  • Background or capability in facilities management.
  • Exceptional frontline service provision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-volume administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure information required by stakeholders is available exactly when needed and daily operations run smoothly.

As a Support Officer at the Wellington Tribunals Unit, you will be the vital link that ensures our internal and external stakeholders have the information they need, exactly when they need it. You will tackle a high-volume, dynamic workload with a can-do attitude, ensuring our daily operations run seamlessly.

Salary

The appointing salary for this role will be between $56,343 and $74,416, based on skills and experience.
