Job summary

Propellerhead is seeking a Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Auckland. You will operate and improve production systems, owning incidents from triage to resolution and collaborating with SRE, QualOps and TechOps specialists.

This role is hybrid, requiring regular in-person office attendance on nominated days. You will engage with clients, contribute to DevOps activities, and help enhance reliability, observability, and resilience of our services while based

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a support or SRE-adjacent role.
• Experience in a software engineering role requiring operational responsibility, troubleshooting, and client engagement.
• Experience owning incidents from triage through to resolution and contributing to DevOps activities.
