Woolworths Group in Auckland is seeking a dedicated supply planning professional to build robust plans, monitor inventory, and drive availability across distribution channels. You will align Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting, and Suppliers for seasonal events while collaborating with internal and external partners.

The role requires strong FMCG/retail supply experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to analyze data to protect inventory health.

Competenze

• Bring strong FMCG experience (Fruit & Veg knowledge is a nice-to-have).
• Build strong stakeholder relationships while holding a strong front and effectively influencing key decisions.
• Dive into data, rigorously evaluate and question assumptions to protect inventory health.
• Adapt swiftly to system updates and eagerly leverage modern digital tools, including AI, to drive efficiency.
• Utilise robust Excel skills to manage documentation, reporting, and data analysis with ease.
• Bring a curious, supermarket-focused mindset with the ambition to evolve into future leadership.
