Job summary

Woolworths Group in Auckland is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to drive exceptional stock availability and supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate across Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting and Suppliers to build robust plans for seasonal and major events, ensuring stores stay stocked.

This hybrid role offers flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and provides opportunities for growth within a large FMCG network.

Qualifications

• FMCG supply planning experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and influencing skills.
• Data-driven approach to protect inventory health.
• Willingness to adapt to system updates and use digital tools, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Build robust supply plans by aligning Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting, and Suppliers for seasonal and major events.
• Monitor Distribution Centre inventory levels to maximise availability.
• Keep stakeholders informed of supply chain changes impacting service, inventory, and stores.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships across internal teams and external trade partners to drive shared success.
