Job summary

Woolworths Group in Auckland is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to drive stock availability and supply chain efficiency. You will align Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting, Demand Forecasting and Suppliers for seasonal and major events, while optimizing distribution and maintaining customer availability.

The role requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, with experience in FMCG a plus. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience in supply planning or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build robust supply for stores by aligning Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting, Demand Forecasting and Suppliers for seasonal and major events.
• Manage Distribution Centre inventory levels and leverage the supply network to maintain appropriate stock and maximise availability for customers.
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed of supply chain challenges impacting service, inventory, and stores.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships across internal teams and external trade partners to drive shared success.
