Job summary

Ideal candidates will have strong administration, communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in freight forwarding or aviation logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational administration, freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team and providing guidance.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily aviation logistics operations including import/export, warehousing, airside movements and transport scheduling.
• Delegate work, plan workloads and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, ground handling teams and airport authorities.
• Monitor KPIs, service performance and job margins; ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
