Job summary

Fletcher Building Limited’s Te Anau branch is seeking a motivated team member to manage inventory and support Yard & Drive Thru operations. You’ll track deliveries, handle stock, and process returns, while maintaining strong service levels for diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Using internal systems to track, process, and record deliveries.
• Managing special orders and ensuring clear communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Receiving and checking stock, investigating discrepancies, resolving out-of-stock items.
• Processing returns, repairs, and warranty claims, following up for outcomes.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to trade, business, and homeowner customers.
• Supporting the wider branch team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
