Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Invercargill, New Zealand. You will guide baristas, support operations, and help create a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners alike.

Your role focuses on leading shifts with care and fairness, building team confidence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. A natural leadership style will help you inspire others and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience with 6–12 months supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leadership approach that inspires others.
