Starbucks New Zealand is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations on the floor, guide baristas, and ensure a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners.

You’ll build confidence and craft within the team, create organized shifts, and focus on consistent, high-quality service while staying calm in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred and a customer‑facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience with 6 months – 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leadership approach that inspires others.
