Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (L4) to deliver high-level managed services for clients, focusing on cross-domain support in cloud, security, networking, applications, and collaboration. You will manage escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with vendors and clients.

This on-site role requires deep technical expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Seasoned IT/telecommunications professional with 7+ years in enterprise collaboration environments.
• Experience delivering managed services with strong vendor coordination.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and cross-technology support.
• Proven ability to lead complex incident resolution and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide forth level support for escalated incidents and requests within SLA.
• Investigate root causes across Voice, Video, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to implement fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain accurate documentation.
