Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (L4) to deliver fourth-line support for complex, cross-technology infrastructure and managed services. You’ll review escalated tickets, apply advanced engineering skills, and drive permanent resolutions while upholding SLAs for global clients.

You’ll work across domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking and Applications, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Deep technical skills in managing complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Excellent change management skills with risk identification and mitigation.
• Strong client-focused communication and ability to work across cultures.
• Advanced experience with Managed Services delivery and incident resolution.
• Vendor management experience and IT industry standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents and requests within SLA using forth-line expertise.
• Provide timely ticket updates and document resolutions.
• Investigate issues, log incidents, and identify root causes.
• Share knowledge with other engineers and coach L3 teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients for extended support and changes.
• Support project work and disaster recovery implementations as needed.
