Job summary

NTT DATA in Wellington, NZ is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (L4) to manage and resolve high-complexity incidents across multiple domains. You will proactively review client tickets, provide near-immediate resolutions while upholding SLAs, and contribute to project work as needed.

You will work on advanced, multi-domain infrastructure including Cloud, Security, Networking, and Collaboration, while mentoring L3 teams and driving automation for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent.
• Advanced Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge across two or more technology domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, Collaboration).
• Strong change management and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents/requests within the SLA.
• Provide fourth-level support and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with other engineers.
• Coordinate with teams and clients; act as emergency support contact.
• Support change implementation and disaster recovery tasks.
• Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
