Job summary

LN Team Event Holdings Limited in Christchurch is seeking an organised Event Coordinator to help plan, advance and deliver the summer event calendar. You’ll manage on-site delivery across site infrastructure, contractors, volunteers, signage, accessibility and compliance for a fast-paced festival and event schedule.

The role requires hands-on operations experience with outdoor or festival events, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Background in event operations, production or coordination (outdoor/festival style is a plus).
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Confident working with contractors, suppliers, volunteers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, advancing and delivery of the summer event calendar, including bump-in, event days and bump-out.
• Manage workstreams like toilets, power, water and waste from planning through post-event close-out.
• Coordinate with contractors/suppliers on schedules, site access, accreditation and signage requirements.
• Support the Vendor Manager and coordinate site logistics for sponsor/partner activations, workshops and seminar spaces.
• Recruit and coordinate school, sporting and community volunteer groups, including briefings and event-day requirements.
• Compile contractor SSSPs, insurance certificates and inductions; handle accessibility enquiries for the Access Manager.
• Maintain contact lists, schedules and trackers; check supplier invoices against services.
