Victoria University of Wellington is seeking a Student Operations Adviser to provide expert administrative and advisory support across Student Fees and Enrolment, with a focus on international students.

Based at Kelburn Campus, the role ensures accurate processing of visa information, enrolment activities and financial transactions, and delivers a seamless student experience through high‑quality service and data integrity.

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service with a strong client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately and maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service and advice to students and staff across Student Fees and Enrolment.
• Manage student fee administration, refunds, payments, and related financial processes.
• Support international students with enrolment and visa related requirements.
• Assist students to manage outstanding fees through payment plans and debt management activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, system enhancements, and high-quality data management.
