Job summary

Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is seeking an Admissions Assessor within the Admissions Team. You will process applications for AUT and support prospective and existing students at the start of their journey.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and experience in administration, preferably in higher education. You must be eligible to work in NZ; salary ranges from 62,000 to 71,000 NZD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the New Zealand secondary school and tertiary education environment.
• Proven experience in administration, preferably in a higher education or student services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

• Application decisions are consistent with AUT’s policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to various stakeholders.
