Placements24 is seeking a highly capable Treasury Manager to lead treasury operations in Queenstown. You will oversee liquidity, cash flow, debt, and banking relationships, driving funding strategies and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate treasury, strong TMS and modeling skills, and proven leadership abilities to guide a treasury team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CTP is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk management.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, and banking instruments.
• Experience with TMS and financial modeling; strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash operations, forecasting, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Develop liquidity strategies and manage working capital.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for services and credit facilities.
• Manage debt portfolio including issuance, servicing, and compliance.
• Mitigate financial risks such as interest rate and FX risks.
• Prepare treasury reports for senior management highlighting positions and risks.
