Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers to shape and deliver complex transformation projects across strategy, design and implementation. You’ll work with PwC and client teams to turn ambition into lasting outcomes, engaging senior stakeholders and applying flexible delivery methods from agile to hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Analyst: Early experience supporting complex transformation programmes.
• Senior Analyst: Experience owning work, solving delivery challenges and engaging clients across significant programmes.
• Manager: Experience leading major workstreams and shaping commercially focused approaches across analysis, strategy, process transformation, change management, mobilisation, governance or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models and business cases.
• Undertake business analysis and redesign processes to embed new ways of working.
• Mobilise and deliver programmes through PMO, transformation office, portfolio, governance and assurance roles.
• Manage plans, risks, dependencies, benefits and executive reporting.
• Support implementation across agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Engage senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
