The Ministry of Justice (New Zealand) invites you to join the PX Advice and Recruitment team as a Recruitment Advisor. You will partner with leaders across the Ministry to attract, identify and secure talented people who can make a meaningful difference.

You will provide practical advice, coaching and support to hiring managers, helping them navigate recruitment processes with confidence while ensuring a positive experience for candidates at every stage.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and selection methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities.
• Confidence building relationships and influencing outcomes with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
