Job summary

Ministry of Justice (New Zealand) in Wellington is seeking a customer-focused Coordinator in the PX Advice and Recruitment team on a fixed-term basis through to August 2027. You will help deliver people services across recruitment, employee experience, and people processes.

Qualifications

Experience in administration, coordination, recruitment, HR, payroll, or people operations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience providing responsive customer service and managing enquiries.
Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications and business systems, quick learner.
Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information.
Proactive, helpful attitude and commitment to great service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and employee lifecycle activities to ensure smooth processes.
Triages enquiries and directs requests to appropriate teams.
Provide high-quality administration, systems support, and customer service.
